Western Spirit has hosted a full-day pheasant hunt every year for the past 7-8 years for an annual customer entertainment event for my bank... Feedback from the guests is always very complimentary with many of the guests expressing that the event is the best they attend. We have entertained customers and prospects at Mickey's hunting club each October for a number of years now.
We have had approximately 30-35 attendees each year including bankers and guests. Mickey's accommodations have included breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as morning and afternoon hunts. The hunt groups are always organized with 1-2 guides and 1-2 hunting dogs of various breeds. Each group has 4-5 hunters and hunts in a separate field from the other hunting groups. The entire day/event has always been a fantastic experience and has met all expectations desired for a customer entertainment venue. Mickey's staff of hunting guides and bird handlers are friendly, accommodating, experienced and above all excited to be there to make the event a huge success. Feedback from the guests is always very complimentary with many of the guests expressing that the event is the best they attend.
Almost all guests request to be asked back each year. Every aspect of the event is high quality including the excellent food and beverage for each of the three meals and the hunting itself. The pheasants are high quality birds that fly like native, wild birds when flushed. At the end of the day, Mickey's staff cleans and packages the birds for the hunters to take home with them as they depart. Finally, the lodge where the meals are served and everyone gathers for socializing is large enough to accommodate all the bankers, guests, and Mickey's staff of guides and food service folks. Overall, I give the Western Spirit Ranch pheasant club 5 out of 5 stars.

I have been hunting at Western spirit since 2012. At first it was a great place to do a day pheasant hunt then I found it to be great place for training my dogs and I’ve also taken friends and family out who were beginner hunters.
The quality of pheasants is high and the people are good to work with. The large company day hunts are outstanding great hunts, great food, and loads of fun. This is an all around great place that met all my wants in a pheasant hunt plus more.
